- All e-gift cards expire three years from the date of purchase
- Once an order for a gift card is placed, it cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash
- Unused balance upon expiry of a card cannot be refunded or credited
- If a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to pay the difference with an alternative payment method
- E-Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or e-Gift cards
- Once an e-Gift card order is placed, we are unable to add, remove or amend the order including the delivery details, gift card value, designs, or removing items from the order.
We reserve the right to cancel the E-Gift Card order if:
- An unauthorized credit card is provided
- We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
- Invalid personal details are provided
- If, when required, acceptable proof of identity cannot be provided
- The product has become unavailable

To refund a "Change of Mind" purchase made online, simply return your goods within 14 days of receiving your online order. For an exchange or online store credit, return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order. In both circumstances, goods are to be returned to us in their original condition. We prefer that you don't try and re-pack the product, but request that you include all original packaging, including any cardboard inserts. It's that easy.
Please choose carefully when purchasing any products that are defined as bulky furniture item. We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, freight costs will be incurred at your expense (between $75-$150 per item) and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note : There is no exchange or refund on quilts, mattress toppers, underlays, mattress protectors and pillows due to health and hygiene reasons, unless of course the product is faulty.
