Shipping policy

General

We currently ship Australia-wide to all states and territories, including Norfolk Island. Product delivery is generally made within 8-10 working days from when the order is placed, with this time frame allowing for instances where The Hotel Linen Co. is awaiting supplier deliveries, or the stock is in short supply. 

Our Policy

• The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
• A standard flat rate shipping fee will apply to your order, except where the product is either fragile in nature or a bulky furniture item. In this case, specific Australia Post delivery charges may apply. For items that are neither fragile in nature or a bulky furniture item, please see the following table to see what standard rate shipping fee will apply for your state or territory:

2. QLD $12.95
3. ACT, SA & WA $14.95
4. NT & Tasmania $19.95

• We are currently unable to specify an exact delivery time prior to your order being placed.
  
• Product delivery is generally made within 8-10 working days from when the order is placed, with this time frame allowing for instances where The Hotel Linen Co. is awaiting supplier deliveries, or stock is in short supply.
• We use Australia Post for all deliveries, excluding bulky furniture items which will be sent directly from the manufacturer. When your parcel is collected from The Hotel Linen Co. by Australia Post, Australia Post will email you with tracking updates so that you are able to follow the delivery of your parcel from our warehouse to your front door. You will need to sign for your goods on delivery, unless you specify otherwise during the checkout process. If you are not home at the time of delivery your goods will be made available at your nearest post office.
• Where a Customer gives written authority for the product(s) to be delivered without a signature, any and all included insurance cover will be voided.
